Currently this is a ‘works in progress’ and compliments Filter House.

The open plan section will retain its original block and beam concrete ceiling with original lintels criss crossing it. It will be fitted out with a 1950’s English Rose kitchen, furnished with twentieth century design classics  with a compliment of original fittings and equipment reminding you of its industrial past.

The bedrooms will be located in the old water storage tank which is slightly below ground. The en suite master bedroom has French doors which opens onto a veranda with beautiful views of the lake.

Like Filter House, it will be very spacious and will sleep 4. It will be nearing completion towards the end of 2016.
